However, in Morocco, we face a different reality. We're many years behind in the race to develop Foundation Models from scratch due to resource constraints.
Yet, this talk isn't about dwelling on these challenges. On the contrary, it's about overcoming them. We'll explore a variety of tools and techniques designed to minimize the cost of launching transformative projects. Our discussion will include strategic system designs that can help you scale your product to serve millions of users across Morocco efficiently.

I have always been fascinated by the beauty and power of computers, and I have always wanted to understand it, be part of it, and innovate. To pursue this interest, I taught myself the basics of computer science using online courses and books. Since English is not my first language, the road was rough at first, but I persevered and eventually obtained my high school degree in mathematics. I then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Ibn Zohr, Faculty of Science in Agadir. Most recently, on July 4, 2022, I obtained a Master of Research Degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence applied to Computer Vision, Signal Processing, and Natural Language Processing. As of today, I have become a Research Fellow at Rowan University where I work with the US Federal Aviation Administration to build Machine Learning models that help improve the safety of Aviation in the world.
